when timer line connected ,pressed the timing button and set time mode.

If it can’t be used normally, it may be incorrect power supply specifications.
Please check the power supply can output for 5V3A.

Remove the candle warmer from the base, turn on heating button and place paper or empty glass jar under the base.The wax will melt and separate,

and the melting wax could collect into the container for recycling use.

Use a wipe cloth with alcohol to wipe down the surface. Don’t use these solvents would damage the candle warmer.
Don't soak or rinse candle warmer with any liquid detergent.
